About Us
3D Printing &
Custom Manufacturing.
HexCode Manufacturing is a Canadian-owned custom manufacturing studio based near Yorkdale in Toronto. Ten-plus years of hands-on experience in 3D printing, product design, and finishing — for engineering teams, film studios, architects, and manufacturers who need it done right.
Our Story
We started HexCode because great manufacturing shouldn't require a trip overseas or a six-week lead time. Based near Yorkdale, we've spent over 10 years mastering 3D printing, product design, and finishing — handling everything from concept to completed part under one roof.
We use Canadian-made filaments throughout our production, because quality starts with materials. And because we're local, you can come in, see what we're building, and talk to the people making your parts. Fast delivery across Toronto and the GTA is just how we work.
What We Do
Engineering & Industrial
Functional prototypes, fixtures, and end-use components built to spec. We work to tight tolerances for mechanical, structural, and industrial applications.
Film & Video Game Props
Screen-ready props and replicas with the visual detail that production demands. Lightweight, durable, and finished to look exactly like the real thing.
Architecture
Accurate scale models and presentation pieces for firms at every stage — from design development through to client-facing presentations.
